PrescribedRX Purchase Terms

By making any purchase or enrolling in services, you agree to these Prescribed RX Purchase Terms (the “Purchase Terms”). The PrescribedRX Terms of Use, which can be found at https://prescribedrx.com/terms-of-use/ (the “Terms of Use”) are hereby incorporated into these Purchase Terms. Any capitalized terms used in these Purchase Terms have the same meaning as the Terms of Use, unless otherwise stated in these Purchase Terms. PrescribedRX is committed to providing safe, compliant, and accessible healthcare. Because we dispense prescription medications through licensed providers and pharmacies, certain restrictions apply under federal and state law (including FDA regulations) regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Subscription and Payment Terms

Unless otherwise noted, your purchase of Services from PrescribedRX will be on a recurring subscription basis, which will continue until your cancellation of Services (a “Subscription”). By enrolling in a Subscription, you acknowledge that your enrolled payment method (i.e., credit, debit, bank withdrawal) will be automatically charged as described at the time you purchase your Subscription, and you authorize your card issuer to pay any amounts described in your Service or Subscription plan, and you authorize us (or a billing agent acting on our behalf) to continue charging all such amounts to your credit card account. You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and credit card information. You must promptly update all billing information (such as billing address, card number and expiration date) to keep your account current, complete, and accurate, and you must promptly notify us if your credit card is lost or stolen, or if you become aware of a potential breach of security (such as an unauthorized disclosure or use of your username or password). You authorize us to obtain updated or replacement expiration dates for your credit card in the event that the credit card you provided us expires. We reserve the right to charge any renewal card issued to you as a replacement. If payment is not received from your credit card issuer, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorney’s fees and costs, on any outstanding balance. In certain instances, the issuer of your credit card may charge you a foreign transaction fee or related charges, which you will be responsible to pay.
Our Services include collecting charges on behalf of Medical Providers, Fulfillment Providers, and third parties so that we can offer you a single total price for your Services and Subscription. Unless it is otherwise specifically stated elsewhere, our charges to you will be inclusive of all Services provided by us, the Medical Provider(s) and the Fulfillment Provider(s). In the event that the pricing of our Services changes, we will provide you notice of the new pricing, which will be delivered prior to your next charge. You will have the option to cancel your Subscription or the Services if you do not accept the pricing change. All charges are exclusive of taxes and you will be responsible for payment of any applicable taxes.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

While PrescribedRx will make all reasonable efforts to provide refunds as set forth in the guidelines below, its commitments to make payments to its Medical Providers, Fulfillment Providers, and other third parties vary, as well as certain administrative and other fees associated with the Services. Therefore, unless required by applicable law, all fees paid to PrescribedRX and all fees collected by PrescribedRs on behalf of Medical Providers and Fulfillment Providers may be deemed non-refundable at PrescribedRx’s sole discretion.
Before Medical Consultation

if you request cancellation in writing (via support@prescribedrx.com) before beginning your consultation with a Medical Provider, you may be eligible for a full refund. However, in such instance, PrescribedRx reserves the right to change an administrative fee of up to $99 to cover scheduling, provider review, and platform costs.

After Medical Consultation

Once a consultation is completed and a prescription is issued, the order is transmitted to a licensed pharmacy for fulfillment. At this stage, the order is final and non-refundable, regardless of shipment status, in accordance with FDA regulations prohibiting the return or resale of prescription medications once dispensed.

Prescription Denial by Provider

If a licensed provider determines that treatment is not medically appropriate and declines to issue a prescription, you will receive a full refund with no fees deducted.

Prescription Modification After Fulfillment

Requests to modify a prescription after submission to the pharmacy may incur a reprocessing fee up to $150, which covers additional provider review, pharmacy coordination, and shipping. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on medical appropriateness.

3. Program Commitments

In addition to the above cancellation and refund policies, subscriptions for certain therapies require minimum commitments due to medical protocols and pharmacy dispensing rules. Where there is a minimum commitment, early cancellation is not permitting until the end of the then-current commitment. If you cancel during an active commitment, you will be charged a subscription fee for the duration of the commitment. You may elect to receive shipments of your prescription during this period, but even if you cancel shipments, you will still be charged during the commitment period.

  • GLP-1 Programs (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, etc.): Minimum three-month commitment.
  • TRT, HRT, Hair Loss, NAD+, Peptides (e.g., Sermorelin, CJC/Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin): Typically dispensed in 1 to 3-month cycles. The cycle length will be disclosed prior to disbursement. Patients are responsible for the full cycle once dispensed.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Defaults

If you dispute any charge placed on your account, you must first attempt resolution by contacting PrescribedRx before initiating a dispute. If you initiate a chargeback that is later deemed to be invalid, PrescribedRx reserves the right to recover all amounts owed, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, as permitted by law.
Any failure to complete required payments for subscription programs will result in the balance being marked delinquent and payable in full at the time of default. PrescribedRX may refer unpaid balances to a third party debt collector. Customers will be responsible for all associated collection costs, PrescribedRx’s attorney fees.

5. Shipping Policy
