Best Peptide Affiliate Programs: What Each One Actually Publishes
Commission rates, cookie windows and payout terms for 18 peptide affiliate programs, quoted from each company own page and dated. Includes what is not published.

Most published lists of peptide affiliate programs repeat commission rates that nobody has checked in two years. At least one widely recommended program on those lists belongs to a company that is currently shutting down.
This page only reports figures that appear on a company’s own affiliate page, checked on 10 September 2026. Where a company does not publish a number, it says so. That is deliberate. A missing figure is useful information, and an invented one is worse than nothing.
The PrescribedRX affiliate program, with published terms
PrescribedRX publishes this guide and runs its own affiliate program. Unlike most of the programs below, we publish our terms in full so you can compare like for like.
- Commission: $100 flat per referred order
- Cookie window: 90 days
- Exclusions: shipping and tax are excluded, and commission is reversed if the order is refunded
- Renewals: subscription renewals are not commissioned
Terms as published on 22 September 2026. PrescribedRX treatments require a prescription, so promotional copy cannot promise results, and FTC disclosure rules apply to you as the affiliate.
Apply to become an affiliateThe one thing to understand before you promote any of these
Almost every peptide vendor running an affiliate program sells products labelled for research use only, not for human consumption. Sixteen of the eighteen companies checked for this page carry that language.
That is not a technicality. It shapes what you are allowed to say:
- Several programs contractually forbid human-use claims. Peptide Titans prohibits affiliates from making “medical, treatment, disease, diagnostic, weight-loss, body-transformation, performance-enhancement, or human-use claims.” Offline Peptides, LiveWell, Purity Peptides and 99 Purity Peptides all publish similar bans.
- Research-chemical categories are restricted or prohibited on most mainstream advertising platforms.
- The FTC’s position is that an endorser can be liable in their own right. Its endorsement guidance states that “an endorser who isn’t an expert may be liable for misleading statements about product performance.”
One company in this group is positioned differently. Integrative Peptides carries the standard dietary supplement disclaimer rather than a research-use-only label. That changes the promotional constraints materially.
This page is written for affiliate marketers evaluating commercial terms. It is not medical guidance, it is not a recommendation to use any product, and nothing here should be read as a claim about what any peptide does. Product classification and legal status are matters for your own counsel.

Three findings worth more than the rates
Peptide Sciences is shutting down. Its own site states that the company “has decided to voluntarily shut down operations and discontinue the sale of its research products.” It appears on most competing roundups as a recommended program. No end date is given. Do not build content around it.
Cookie windows vary by a factor of twenty-five. 99 Purity Peptides publishes 7 days. Evolve Peptides publishes 180 days. Neither is visible from the headline commission rate, and on repeat-purchase products the window often matters more than the percentage. Offline Peptides takes a different approach again: a 30 day click window that converts to permanent customer binding once a first order is placed.
None of these programs runs on a mainstream affiliate network. Not one names Impact, ShareASale, CJ or Awin. Every one appears to be in-house or on self-hosted WordPress affiliate software. The practical consequence is no third-party escrow, no network-level dispute process, and tracking that is self-reported by the merchant. Swiss Chems’ terms reserve the right to modify the program “at any time” and to withhold commissions.
Two programs to check directly before promoting
Improved Peptides publishes two different commission rates on the same page, a “20% on every new customer’s first qualifying purchase” figure alongside a “15% Recurring Commission” header block. Ask before you rely on either.
Purity Peptides publishes a 10% headline rate, but the affiliate terms and conditions page linked from it returns a 404. The rate has no supporting terms document behind it at present.
Companies with no affiliate program
Core Peptides and Biotech Peptides have no affiliate, partner or referral page in site navigation, footer or search. Limitless Life has an indexed affiliate registration page on a secondary domain, but nothing linked from the main storefront and no published terms.
Geography and payment
Most affiliate marketers in this space are US based. Two things worth checking:
- CertaPeptides is a Romanian company, CERTALAB S.R.L., registered in Bucharest. It pays by IBAN only, EUR by SEPA or USD by international transfer, with no PayPal option. Its own page states that is “the only way we pay.”
- Swiss Chems does not publish a legal entity or country. Neither does Purity Peptides, which describes itself as “North American Manufactured” without naming a jurisdiction. Both use Iceland domains.
Companies that do publish a US address: Offline Peptides and LiveWell Peptides in Dallas, Onyx Biolabs in Charlotte, GenoScience in Sarasota, Evolve Peptides in Casper, Licensed Peptides in Boca Raton, Core Peptides in Orlando.
Brand bidding is banned nearly everywhere it is addressed
Every program that publishes traffic restrictions prohibits bidding on brand keywords. Swiss Chems, 99 Purity Peptides, Offline Peptides, True Peptides and Peptide Titans all state it explicitly. Assume it is prohibited even where a program is silent, and get written permission before running any branded search campaign.
A different category worth knowing about
Everything above is research-use-only material sold without a prescription. There is a separate category: prescription peptide therapy dispensed by US compounding pharmacies after a clinician review. The commercial terms differ, and so does what you are permitted to say, because the products are handled under a prescription rather than a research exemption.
If that distinction matters to your audience, our peptide therapy overview explains how prescription peptide care is structured, and our affiliate program page is the place to register interest.
Compounded medications are not FDA approved. Compounded drugs are prepared for an individual patient pursuant to a prescription and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality. Eligibility and prescription decisions are made by state-licensed clinicians.
How to evaluate any program in this category
Four questions, in order of how often they are answered badly:
- What is the attribution window, and does it re-arm on each click? The rate is meaningless without it.
- Who holds the tracking? In-house tracking with no network intermediary means you have no independent record of your own conversions.
- What are the claim restrictions in writing? If a program bans human-use claims and your content strategy depends on them, the program is not viable for you regardless of the rate.
- What is the payment floor and the hold period? Several programs here publish no minimum and no schedule at all.
