Lab Requirements by Program

PrescribedRX requires in-person lab work through our partnered network to ensure accuracy and proper integration with your clinical record.

Where to Get Your Labs

Labs must be completed at one of our partnered locations:

• LabCorp
• Quest Diagnostics
• BioReference

Your clinician will provide a lab order. Results typically return within 1–2 weeks.

TRT / Enclomiphene / HCG — Required Labs

• Total Testosterone (must be drawn between 7:00–10:00 AM)
• Hemoglobin / Hematocrit
• PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen)
• LH (Luteinizing Hormone)

GLP-1 (Semaglutide / Tirzepatide)

• No required labs before starting
• Routine monitoring (HbA1c, triglycerides, cholesterol panel) via your primary care provider is strongly advised

Anastrozole (Estrogen Management)

• Estradiol level (while on TRT)
• Testosterone and hematocrit monitored
• Labs recommended 6–8 weeks after starting
