Important Safety Information (NAD+, Glutathione, Sermorelin)

1. NAD+ (Injection & Intranasal Spray)
Indications: Cellular energy production, mitochondrial health support, mental clarity, and metabolic vitality.
Contraindications:
- Active cancer or a personal history of malignancy (NAD+ is involved in cellular energy and replication pathways).
- Known allergy or hypersensitivity to nicotinamide or NAD+.
- Pregnancy, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
Possible Side Effects: Transient chest tightness, flushing, mild nausea, muscle cramping during or immediately after subcutaneous injection. Intranasal spray may cause temporary nasal stinging or mild headache.
2. Glutathione (Injection & Intranasal Spray)
Indications: Master cellular antioxidant support, liver detoxification pathways, immune defense, and oxidative stress reduction.
Contraindications:
- Known allergy to glutathione or sulfur-containing compounds.
- Patients undergoing active chemotherapy (antioxidants may interfere with certain oncological mechanisms).

Possible Side Effects: Mild abdominal cramping, bloating, injection site tenderness, or temporary nasal irritation.
3. Sermorelin (Subcutaneous Injection)
Indications: Growth hormone-releasing factor peptide analog that stimulates natural pituitary growth hormone secretion for sleep architecture, muscle recovery, and body composition.
Contraindications:
- Active intracranial tumor, pituitary adenoma, or active malignancy.
- Known hypersensitivity to sermorelin or benzyl alcohol preservatives.
- Pregnancy or nursing.
Possible Side Effects: Redness, swelling, or itching at the injection site (most common); flushing, transient headache, dizziness, or vivid dreams.
Key Tips & Administration for All Protocols
- Subcutaneous Injections: Inject into the fatty tissue of the abdomen (at least 2 inches away from the navel) or outer thigh. Always rotate injection sites with every dose.
- Sanitization: Use an alcohol swab on the vial stopper and skin prior to every injection. Never reuse needles. Dispose of sharps in a designated container.
- Storage: Store refrigerated medications between 36°F and 46°F (2°C to 8°C). Do not freeze. Protect from direct heat and light.
