Step 1: Check your portal for real-time tracking information.
Step 2: If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after the ship date, or if the package is marked delivered but was not received, contact support.
Step 3: Email support@prescribedrx.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue (not delivered, stuck in transit, etc.)
- The shipping address on file
For lost or significantly delayed packages, PrescribedRX will work directly with the pharmacy and the carrier on your behalf to resolve the issue.
