Changing Your Shipping Address #
Update your shipping address in your portal under Profile → Shipping Address before your next billing/shipment date.
Moving to a New State #
If you are relocating, notify the PrescribedRX support team as soon as possible. Because telehealth licensing is state-specific:
- We will connect you with a clinician licensed in your new state
- Service availability for certain medications may change depending on your new state’s telehealth regulations
