Hims Affiliate Program: What Is Actually Published, and What Is Not

What the Hims affiliate program pays according to each network that carries it, with dates, plus why the widely quoted rates disagree and what Hims itself publishes.

Hims Affiliate Program, PrescribedRx affiliate guide cover

Search this and you will find a dozen pages confidently stating what the Hims affiliate program pays. They disagree with each other by a factor of fifty, and none of them got the number from Hims.

Here is the position as of 10 September 2026, with the source for every figure.

An alternative with published terms: PrescribedRX

PrescribedRX publishes this page and runs its own affiliate program. If Hims does not confirm its terms, here are ours in full.

  • Commission: $100 flat per referred order
  • Cookie window: 90 days
  • Exclusions: shipping and tax are excluded, and commission is reversed if the order is refunded
  • Renewals: subscription renewals are not commissioned

Terms as published on 22 September 2026. PrescribedRX treatments require a prescription, so promotional copy cannot promise results, and FTC disclosure rules apply to you as the affiliate.

Hims does not publish affiliate terms anywhere

There is no affiliate page on hims.com. The company’s terms and conditions, last updated 31 August 2026, contain no affiliate, referral-commission or partner-compensation language at all.

The program is real. Hims has advertised for a Director of Affiliate Marketing and Growth Partnerships, describing ownership of the “end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of the affiliate marketing program” across content, SEO, influencer and comparison publishers. But the terms live inside networks, not on the brand’s site.

The Health Collective is not the affiliate program. Hims and Hers describe it in their own announcement as “a community-driven ambassador program.” No commission or compensation is mentioned anywhere in it. Several guides confuse the two.

What the networks publish

FlexOffers“Affiliates earn a $4 commission per online lead”30 days8 Sep 2026
Katalys“$3 to $210 CPA. VIP Rates are available on a case-by-case basis”Not published27 Feb 2026
Sovrn CommerceNot published, approval status “Open”, United StatesNot publishedNot dated

Both figures can be correct at once. Different networks carry different offers for the same advertiser, and FlexOffers explicitly qualifies its rate as “subject to change.” The FlexOffers listing is the most recent and it is the one to work from.

A quirk worth knowing. FlexOffers currently serves its Hims program content at a URL slug belonging to an unrelated program. The content is right, the address is wrong. That is a defect on their side.

One unresolved conflict

FlexOffers showed the program Active on 8 September 2026. Cuelinks, a sub-network, showed the Hims campaign with the notice “This Campaign has been paused by the advertiser” in the same month.

Both are network-reported and they cannot both describe the same offer. The practical read is that the offer is live on some networks and paused on others, which is common. Confirm on the specific network you plan to join before building anything around it.

Restrictions

Hims publishes none. Katalys, which resells the offer, lists prohibited traffic as spam, trademark bidding, product name bidding, unauthorised endorsement, unauthorised third party trademarks, cookie stuffing, misleading claims, adult content and incentivised traffic. It also states that unsolicited commercial email and automatic dialers are not permitted.

Assume trademark bidding is prohibited regardless of which network you join.

Payout terms, minimum and schedule

Not published by Hims or by any network listing that can be read publicly. These come from whichever network you join, not from Hims. FlexOffers runs Net 60 as standard across its programs, Impact pays on the 1st or 15th with a $10 floor on fixed-day withdrawal, and Awin pays twice monthly with a $20 floor.

The regulatory context if you promote this brand

Hims and Hers received an FDA warning letter in September 2025 concerning marketing of a compounded GLP-1 product. The letter quotes the specific advertising copy the agency objected to, including a claim that the product had “the same active ingredient as” a named FDA-approved drug.

That is directly relevant to affiliates, because the FTC’s position is that “anyone participating in deceptive marketing is potentially liable under FTC law.” FDA guidance for promoting compounded drugs prohibits “describing a compounded drug as a generic version of an FDA-approved drug” and “claiming a compounded drug has been FDA-approved or has otherwise been evaluated.” Those constraints apply to your copy whether or not your program agreement mentions them.

This summarises published regulator documents and is not legal advice, and it is not a statement about the current compliance status of any company. Consult qualified counsel about your own content.
