PrescribedRX is a telehealth platform that connects patients in the United States with clinicians licensed in their state. Every plan below starts with an online intake form and a provider review. If a clinician determines a treatment is appropriate for you, your medication ships to your door. Not everyone who applies will qualify, and a provider may decline to prescribe.
How a PrescribedRX plan works
- Complete an intake. You answer questions about your health history, current medications, and what you are looking for.
- Lab work where it applies. Hormone plans require blood work. You can use a lab near you or an existing recent panel.
- A licensed clinician reviews your file. They decide whether to prescribe, adjust, or decline. This is a medical decision, not an automatic approval.
- Your order ships. Medication is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy and delivered discreetly, with refills on the schedule your plan sets.

Testosterone plans
For men whose lab work and symptoms are reviewed by a clinician for hormone treatment.
- Injectable Testosterone. Testosterone administered by injection, prescribed after lab work and a provider consultation.
- Testosterone Cream. A topical testosterone preparation applied daily rather than injected.
- Enclomiphene. Enclomiphene citrate, an oral option that a clinician may consider instead of testosterone.
Weight loss plans
Compounded GLP-1 medications, prescribed only where a clinician determines the treatment is appropriate.
- Injectable Semaglutide. A compounded semaglutide injection, dosed on a schedule set by your provider.
- Injectable Tirzepatide. A compounded tirzepatide injection, dosed on a schedule set by your provider.
Sexual health plans
Prescription treatments for erectile dysfunction, in tablet and chewable form.
- Prime Time. Prescription ED tablets on a monthly or quarterly plan.
- Prime Time Max. A higher strength version of the tablet plan.
- The Epiq Chew. A chewable prescription option for men who prefer not to swallow a tablet.
Hair loss plans
- Hair We Grow. A compounded oral chewable containing finasteride and minoxidil, taken daily.
Longevity and wellness plans
Plans built around NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione. These are prescribed after review and are intended to support normal cellular processes, not to treat a medical condition or reverse aging.
- NAD+ Injections. NAD+ administered by injection on a schedule set by your provider.
- NAD+ Nasal Spray. A nasal spray alternative for people who prefer not to inject.
- Sermorelin Injections. Sermorelin by prescription, following a provider consultation.
- Glutathione Injection. Glutathione administered by injection.
- Glutathione Nasal Spray. A nasal spray glutathione preparation.
What PrescribedRX plans cost

Who PrescribedRX is not for
A clinician may decline to prescribe. Plans are for adults in the United States only, and availability depends on the state you live in. If you are looking for a treatment to be billed through insurance, PrescribedRX is cash pay and does not bill insurance.
Important safety information
Several PrescribedRX plans use compounded medications. Compounded drugs are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy for an individual patient. Compounded medications are not reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.
