When you are charged

Your renewal date is tied to the date you enrolled. You receive a reminder before each automatic renewal. Billing date changes are considered only when there has been a significant shipping delay; contact support if you think an adjustment is warranted.
Updating your payment method
- Log in to your account.
- Open the Billing or Payment methods tab.
- Add your new card and set it as the default.
Why am I charged before my medication ships?
Your first payment covers clinical services performed before anything is dispensed: the review of your intake, lab coordination and your provider consultation. If a provider decides treatment is not appropriate for you, see the refund policy.
