Billing Schedule #

Your subscription renews every 20 days from your enrollment date. This is a fixed billing cycle tied to your sign-up date.

Billing date changes are considered only in cases of significant shipping delays. Contact support if you believe an adjustment is warranted.

Updating Your Payment Method #

1. Log in to your portal at prescribedrx.com
2. Navigate to the Profile or Billing tab
3. Select “Update Payment Method” and enter your new card details

Why Am I Charged Before My Medication Ships? #

Your initial payment covers clinical services that are performed before your medication is dispensed. These include:

• Review of your intake form
• Lab order coordination
• Your clinician consultation

These are real medical services rendered on your behalf — the charge reflects that, not just the medication itself.
