Canceling Your Subscription #
- Log in to your portal at prescribedrx.com
- Navigate to the Profile tab
- Select “Cancel Plan”
PrescribedRX is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. There are no cancellation penalties or fees.
Reactivating Your Account #
If you previously canceled and wish to restart:
- Log in to prescribedrx.com
- A “Reactivate Now” banner will appear on your dashboard
- Follow the prompts to reactivate your plan
Your health history and prior records will still be on file. If you need assistance, contact support at support@prescribedrx.com.
