PrescribedRX uses a lab-based eligibility model for Testosterone Replacement Therapy. Qualification is determined by combining your total testosterone level (measured by a blood draw) with a standardized symptom assessment.

📌 Important: Your testosterone blood draw must be completed between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM for accurate results. Testosterone levels naturally peak in the morning and can be misleadingly lower if drawn later in the day.

- LH (Luteinizing Hormone)
A total testosterone below 300 ng/dL, combined with at least 3 recognized symptoms, is generally considered diagnostic for Low T.
