Phone Support #
Call us for urgent questions, delivery issues, and billing disputes. Your current phone number and support hours are listed inside your patient portal under “Contact Us.”
Before calling, have the following ready:
- Your account email address
- Your order number (found in your portal or shipping confirmation email)
Portal Messaging #
Log in to your portal at prescribedrx.com to send a message directly to your care team. Use this for non-urgent clinical questions, medication questions, or to follow up on an existing issue.
When to Contact Your Clinician vs. Support #
- Dosage, side effects, or clinical questions → Message your clinician through the portal
- Delivery or pharmacy questions → Contact support by phone or email
- Unexpected or severe side effects → Contact your clinician immediately through the portal
