All PrescribedRX clinical consultations take place virtually through your patient portal. Here’s what to expect.
Accessing Your Appointment #
- Log in to your portal at prescribedrx.com
- Navigate to the Appointments tab
- Your appointment link will be available there and also sent to your email before your visit
Visit Details #
- Duration: 15–30 minutes depending on visit type
- Devices supported: Desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone
- Requirements: Stable internet connection, working camera, and working microphone
Types of Visits #
- Asynchronous (async): You complete a detailed intake or follow-up form. Your clinician reviews it and responds within 1–3 business days. No live video required.
- Synchronous (live video/phone): A real-time video or phone call with your clinician. Required in certain states and for specific medications (see below).
