To Reschedule an Appointment #
- Log in to your portal at prescribedrx.com
- Go to the Appointments tab
- Select a new available date and time
To Upgrade to a Live Video Visit #
You can request a synchronous (live) visit at any time:
- During your follow-up intake form: Select “I would like to speak to the provider”
- Through portal messaging: Send a message to your care team requesting a live consultation
Appointment Reminders #
Reminders are sent to the email address on file before each scheduled visit. Please ensure your email is current in your profile settings.
