States that require a live video visit

Certain states and medication types require a synchronous (live) visit due to telehealth regulations. Asynchronous intake forms are not sufficient in these situations.

States Requiring Live Video or Phone Visit (All Products)

If you live in any of the following states, a live synchronous visit is required for all PrescribedRX products:

Alaska • Arizona • Connecticut • Delaware • Washington D.C. • Idaho • Kansas • Louisiana • Maine • Mississippi • New Mexico • Vermont • West Virginia

State-Specific Product Restriction

• Semaglutide is not available in: Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, or West Virginia
