Billing Questions #
To view your charges, payment history, or update your payment method, go to the Billing tab in your patient portal. For disputes or questions about a specific charge, contact support by phone or email with your order number and billing date.
Appointment Questions #
To book, reschedule, or cancel an appointment, go to the Appointments tab in your portal. Appointment reminder emails are sent to the email address on file prior to each scheduled visit.
If you need to upgrade an asynchronous appointment to a live video visit, you can:
- Select “I would like to speak to the provider” on your follow-up intake form
- Or request a live consultation at any time through portal messaging
