Hers runs an affiliate program through networks rather than on its own site, and the only readable published terms are for its UK program, not its US one.

The US rate is not published anywhere. No readable FlexOffers page for a US Hers program was found. Sovrn lists the forhers.com program as open with no rate attached. If your traffic is American, the GBP 5 figure is not your rate and should not be treated as a proxy for it.
Hers publishes nothing on its own site
There is no affiliate page on forhers.com and no affiliate terms.
The Health Collective is not the affiliate program. Hims and Hers describe it in their own announcement as “a community-driven ambassador program,” and no commission or compensation appears anywhere in it. It is regularly confused with the affiliate program in other guides.
Where the other numbers come from
Two figures circulate that are not Hers-published and should be labelled as what they are.
- A sub-network advertises “$20 per qualified purchase” with a 30 day cookie. That is that network’s own resold offer, not a rate Hers has published.
- A directory lists a range of “EUR 0.02 to 103.32” per sale with validation 45 days from the following month and payment 60 days after validation. Undated, and the range is wide enough to be unusable for planning.
A third-party tracker also shows Hers listed across several networks with mixed statuses, including Impact open and Partnerize closed. None of that is confirmable from a primary source.
What is not published
US commission rate, minimum payout, payment schedule and affiliate restrictions. All of them come from whichever network you join rather than from Hers. Two commonly quoted restrictions, no brand bidding and no POP traffic, appear only on an undated directory page.
Regulatory context
Hims and Hers received an FDA warning letter in September 2025 addressed to the company doing business as Hers, concerning marketing of a compounded GLP-1 product. The letter quotes the advertising copy at issue, including a claim that a product had “the same active ingredient as” a named FDA-approved drug.
That matters to affiliates because the same claim in your copy is your exposure, not only the brand’s. FDA guidance prohibits “describing a compounded drug as a generic version of an FDA-approved drug,” and the FTC states that “anyone participating in deceptive marketing is potentially liable under FTC law.”
