Keeps is one of the few hair loss brands where the affiliate terms are actually published, and the cookie window is corroborated by three independent sources. It is also frequently confused with a customer referral program that explicitly bans affiliate use.

The 28 day cookie is the most reliable figure on this page. Perform[cb], which runs the program, publishes it. FlexOffers publishes it. Multiple trackers repeat it. Where numbers usually disagree in this category, this one does not.
It is also slightly shorter than the 30 day standard almost everywhere else in telehealth, which is easy to miss.
Two independent sources agree on $8. FlexOffers and Katalys both publish it, and Katalys is itself a network rather than a blog, so this is stronger corroboration than usual. Note the $3.20 tier on select SKUs, which FlexOffers publishes but Katalys does not mention.
The referral program is not the affiliate program
This trips people up regularly, and Keeps addresses it directly.
There is no affiliate page on keeps.com. What keeps.com publishes is a customer refer-a-friend program, and its terms state it “cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation.”
That program’s reward is a sweepstakes entry, “one free year of Keeps credit OR up to $500 max in credit,” open to US residents 18 and over. It is not commission and it is not for publishers. Do not send an affiliate audience to it.
One dead listing
The Offervault entry for the Keeps hair loss CPS offer now returns a 404. Trackers also disagree on network status, with one showing FlexOffers closed while FlexOffers’ own page shows Active. FlexOffers’ own page is the better source.
What you cannot find out without applying
Minimum payout, payment schedule, and every restriction including brand bidding, coupon traffic and geographic limits. None are published. They live inside the Perform[cb] partner agreement.
Assume brand bidding is prohibited until you have written permission. It is prohibited by nearly every program in this category that publishes restrictions at all.
If you promote hair loss offers
Finasteride and prescription minoxidil sit under prescription drug advertising rules. Google’s published policy states it “restricts the promotion of services related to the online prescribing, dispensing, and sale of prescription drugs” and requires advertiser certification, potentially with third party accreditation.
The FTC’s endorsement rules apply regardless of platform. A material connection “must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously,” the phrase “affiliate link” alone is not adequate, and “you can’t talk about your experience with a product if you haven’t tried it.”
