A Google Form as the only intake
Every other program in this research links to a network. Mochi links to a Google Form and names no platform at all. That usually means the network is disclosed after approval, or the program is administered manually.
Either way you cannot check payout terms in advance, because there is no network whose published terms would apply.
The name collision, which is the biggest source of bad data here
At least four unrelated companies called Mochi surface in affiliate searches: a Philippine fintech, a children’s coding toy, an app, and Mochi Health the telehealth provider.
Any commission rate you see attributed to “Mochi” is more likely one of those than this company. One directory does list a Mochi Health CPA of $80 on a different network, but that record is marked expired and dates from 2024. Do not use it.
What is not published, and almost certainly exists
As a GLP-1 telehealth advertiser, prescription promotion restrictions almost certainly apply. None are published, so this page does not assert any. Assume the FDA guidance on promoting compounded drugs binds your copy regardless of what the program agreement says.
