Women’s Health Affiliate Programs: Published Rates and the Name Traps

This category has better published terms than most of health, and worse name collisions than any of it. Two of the brands most often listed in these roundups are either not women’s health or not an affiliate program.

Everything below is quoted from the source that published it.

Checked 10 September 2026.

What is published

What each program publishes. Brand published beats network published where both exist.

BrandCommissionCookiePlatformPublished by
Winona“15% to 30% commission for top-performing affiliates”30 daysImpactBrand
Wisp“$5 Commission on New User purchases and $2 on Return Users”“30-Day post-click referral window”ImpactBrand
Midi HealthNot published on brand page. “12% of online sales”30 daysImpactBrand plus network, 16 Jan 2026
AlloyNot published, “Commission earned on every new account”“30-day cookie window”Impact+ and ShopMyBrand
Flo HealthNot published, deferred to gated terms“the market standard of a 30-day policy”Impact RadiusBrand
EvernowNo affiliate program, B2B employer benefitsn/an/aBrand
Elektra HealthNo affiliate program, clinical referral onlyn/an/aBrand
NatalistReferral only, “$20 in cash” to the referrern/aReferralCandyPlatform

Winona publishes the clearest percentage in the category

“15% to 30% commission for top-performing affiliates” with a 30 day cookie, on Impact. Read the band honestly though: 30 percent is explicitly conditional on top performance, so 15 percent is the realistic entry rate.

Winona also states it is open to co-developing custom and exclusive offerings, which means the published rate is a starting point rather than a fixed card. Worth negotiating if you have volume.

Wisp is brand published, and the network figure is lower

Wisp publishes $5 on new user purchases and $2 on returning users directly, with a 30 day post-click window, on Impact.

A network lists Wisp at $2.80 new and $1.60 existing, and that same listing states the program is not currently offered there. Those lower numbers are a sub-network share of the direct rate, not a separate offer. Use the brand direct figures.

Alloy publishes a 30 day cookie window and says commission is “earned on every new account you bring to Alloy,” without a number. It runs on Impact+ and ShopMy, which is unusual and useful if you are already a ShopMy creator.

Flo Health publishes “the market standard of a 30-day policy” and confirms Impact Radius issues payments, but defers the rate to terms behind signup. Applications are reviewed in about 24 hours.

Flo settled FTC allegations in 2021 over sharing health data with third parties. Expect strict data and creative terms in those gated terms.

The name traps, which matter more than usual here

Three of these will produce wrong data if you are not careful.

  • Willow. startwillow.com is a GLP-1 weight loss service, not women’s health, and it publishes $30 CPA with a 30 day cookie. onewillow.com is Willow Pump, wearable breast pumps, with its own separate program. A women’s health roundup almost certainly means the second one.
  • Wisp. hellowisp.com is the telehealth brand on Impact. thewisp.com is a cleaning products company running on a different platform.
  • Natalist. It runs a customer referral programme paying $20 in cash to the referrer, not an affiliate program. It is owned by Everly Health, and Everlywell does run a real affiliate program. Those are not interchangeable.

Two are enterprise only

Evernow runs an employer benefits programme, and Elektra Health runs a clinical refer a patient pathway alongside health plan partnerships. Neither pays commission and neither has a publisher signup.

A scope question worth asking every program here

Several of these brands sell both a supplement line and a clinical service, and the affiliate program frequently covers only the first. Midi is the clearest example: the program is for supplements, not the insurance-covered menopause consultations the brand is known for.

If your content drives people toward care rather than product, confirm what actually converts before you write.
