Keeps Review 2026: Products, How It Works and Refund Policy

Short answer: Keeps is an online hair loss treatment brand that, as listed on Keeps’ site in October 2026, sells finasteride 1 mg, 5% minoxidil foam and solution, oral minoxidil and compounded combinations such as Chew 3-In-1 (Keeps finasteride page; Keeps minoxidil foam page; Keeps Chew 3-In-1 page). Treatment ships every 3, 6 or 12 months, and its refund policy says all purchases are final (Keeps refund policy).

What is Keeps?

Keeps sells hair loss treatments online, which its menu describes as “prescription and over-the-counter options,” plus ED treatments (Keeps home page). The privacy, terms and informed consent links in the keeps.com footer point to pages on patient.thirtymadison.com, and the footer lists four brands: Keeps, Cove, Facet and Nurx (Keeps home page).

How does Keeps work?

Keeps describes its process in three steps on its home page (Keeps home page):

1. “Pick your plan.” Keeps says “a licensed medical provider will confirm it’s everything you need.”
2. “Get it delivered.” Treatment “arrives at your door every three, six, or twelve months.”
3. “Keep your hair.” Keeps says you can “adjust, pause, or cancel your plan at any time.”

What does Keeps sell in October 2026?

For background on the two main ingredients, the Propecia prescribing information lists finasteride 1 mg for male pattern hair loss in men only (Propecia prescribing information), and the Rogaine 5% foam Drug Facts describe it as a product “to regrow hair on the top of the scalp (vertex only)” (Rogaine foam Drug Facts). Keeps’ ED line

The sexual health menu lists Sildenafil Citrate (generic Viagra), Tadalafil (generic Cialis) and four products marked “New”: Powerhouse, Quicky, Weekend and Combo (Keeps home page). This review does not cover them.

How does Keeps billing work?

Keeps shows plan options inside an interactive plan selector on each product page, so what you pay depends on the product and plan length you choose on keeps.com. Keeps’ pages also say:

• Billing cycle. The Our Products page fine print says medications are “shipped and billed every 3, 6 or 12 months, depending on your subscription” (Keeps Our Products page).
• Insurance. Keeps’ FAQ says “our treatments are not covered under insurance” (Keeps finasteride page).

Can you cancel Keeps or get a refund?

• Refunds. Keeps’ refund policy (last updated 5/18/2026) says “All purchases of Keeps treatments are final,” and that it is “unable to accept returns of treatment for refunds, even if it is unused” (Keeps refund policy).
• Damaged items. The same policy says Keeps “will replace items if they are defective or damaged” if you contact it within 48 hours (Keeps refund policy).
• Cancelling. Keeps’ FAQ says you can cancel in your Keeps account, and “if your next refill date is within the next 24 hours, please call us to ensure your cancellation request is processed before your refill order” (Keeps finasteride page).

How does Keeps compare with Hair We Grow at PrescribedRX?

Hair We Grow is the hair loss product offered through PrescribedRX. Its product page lists it as “Finasteride + minoxidil · One daily capsule.” It is compounded. The price as the site shows it: 3 month plan $220 · $73/mo · Billed every 3 months. Cancel anytime. Monthly plan $90 a month. A licensed provider decides whether it is appropriate for you.

The closest Keeps product is Chew 3-In-1, which Keeps lists as a compounded chewable with finasteride, minoxidil and “a supporting ingredient” (Keeps Chew 3-In-1 page). Keeps also sells finasteride and minoxidil as separate products.
