Noom runs two separate things that both get called “the Noom affiliate program,” and they pay differently. Most guides describe one and quote a rate from the other.

On the creator side Noom publishes only this: “We offer paid content opportunities as well as commission payments.” No rate, no tier table, no amount appears anywhere on noom.com.
The platform is Impact, confirmed
Two independent signals confirm it rather than one directory claim:
- A live Impact brand signup endpoint exists for Noom.
- Noom’s own affiliate landing page carries Impact tracking parameters in its URL.
The terms themselves sit behind the Impact partner login, which is why no public page states them.
The only published payout figure
FlexOffers publishes a Noom program listing, last updated 3 March 2026, status Active. Its exact wording:
“The payout is $160 (visitor completes the form and purchases the GLP-1).”
That is the highest published CPA of any consumer weight loss brand in this research. Read the trigger carefully though. It pays on a completed form and a GLP-1 purchase, which is a much harder conversion than a trial signup. The page states no cookie window.
A separate network, Katalys, lists Noom at $60 CPA. A directory lists “$10 to $15 per qualified trial signup.” All three can be simultaneously true for different offers on different networks. What none of them is, is “the Noom rate.”
What is not published
Cookie window, minimum payout, payment schedule and affiliate restrictions. None of these appear on Noom’s site or on any readable network listing. If you join through Impact, Impact’s own published terms apply: withdrawal on the 1st or 15th monthly, with a $10 minimum on the fixed-day option or a threshold you set yourself.
Figures circulating for a “30 day cookie” and a “$50 minimum” come from an undated directory page and are not corroborated by any primary source.
If you promote GLP-1 offers
The constraints on your copy come from the FDA and FTC rather than from the program agreement. FDA guidance for promoting compounded drugs prohibits “describing a compounded drug as a generic version of an FDA-approved drug” and “claiming a compounded drug has been FDA-approved or has otherwise been evaluated.” The FTC’s position is that “anyone participating in deceptive marketing is potentially liable under FTC law,” and that a material connection “must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously.”
