MEDVi Reviews 2026: Prices, Process and Refund Terms
MEDVi reviews, checked October 2026: what MEDVi sells, what its pricing page shows, who prescribes, which pharmacies fill and how its refunds work.

Disclosure: PrescribedRX sells its own treatments, so we compete with some of the companies covered here, and we may earn affiliate commissions.
Short answer: MEDVi is a Delaware-based telehealth storefront that sells compounded GLP-1 medications and brand-name Wegovy and Zepbound options. Its site says OpenLoop Health clinicians decide on prescriptions and names three partner pharmacies, as listed in October 2026. Its pricing page shows two monthly prices for each compounded drug, so confirm your price and the refund terms in writing before you pay.
Most MEDVi reviews ask the same things: what it sells, what it costs, who prescribes and how refunds work. This page sticks to what MEDVi publishes. Every MEDVi price and claim below is as listed on MEDVi’s site in October 2026 (checked October 16, 2026), so treat the numbers as a snapshot.
What is MEDVi?
MEDVi is an online weight-loss and men’s health brand. Its home page gives a business address of 131 Continental Dr., Ste 305, Newark, DE 19713 (MEDVi home page).
MEDVi does not make or dispense medication itself. Its terms say MEDVi “is not acting as a pharmacy,” and its site footer says MEDVi “does not produce compounded medications” (MEDVi home page). In practice, MEDVi is the storefront and patient portal. Licensed clinicians make the medical decision, and partner pharmacies fill the prescription.
On its home page in October 2026, MEDVi listed three active product lines with a “Get Started” button:
- Weight loss, built around GLP-1 medications.
- Men’s health, which includes its Quad erectile dysfunction product.
- MEDVi Meals, described as chef-prepared meals for people on a GLP-1.
Women’s health, supplements, peptides and longevity, hair restoration and skincare were all marked “Coming Soon” on the same page.
What does MEDVi sell?
For weight loss, MEDVi’s pricing page lists these options (MEDVi GLP-1 pricing page):
- Compounded semaglutide injection.
- Compounded tirzepatide injection.
- “GLP-1 Tablets”, with no price shown.
- Brand-name options: a Wegovy pill, Wegovy injection and Zepbound injection, each listed as “$99 Membership + Medication Cost.”
MEDVi also sells Quad, a four-ingredient compounded ED product. We cover it in our MEDVi Quad review.
How much does MEDVi cost in 2026?
The table below shows what MEDVi’s pricing page displayed on October 16, 2026. The page shows more than one price for each compounded drug, so both are listed.
| Product | What MEDVi’s page showed (Oct 16, 2026) | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Compounded tirzepatide injection | “$166/mo.” in the headline, and $166/mo with a “Price Locked” label on the product card | The same page’s FAQ and price-lock section say “$199/mo for Tirzepatide” |
| Compounded semaglutide injection | “Start for just $116/mo”, and $116/mo with a “Price Locked” label on the product card | The same page’s FAQ and price-lock section say “$166/mo for Semaglutide” |
| Wegovy pill, Wegovy injection, Zepbound injection | “$99 Membership + Medication Cost” | Medication cost not stated. The same page also says “No membership or hidden fees!” |
| Quad (compounded ED) | “Starting at” $114/month, shown next to $179 | From quad.medvi.org; doses per month not stated |
Source: glp1.medvi.org/tirz-166 and quad.medvi.org. Prices on MEDVi’s pages varied by page. Confirm the exact price, the renewal price and the billing frequency before checkout, and screenshot them.
How much does MEDVi tirzepatide cost?
On October 16, 2026, MEDVi’s tirzepatide page showed two monthly prices for compounded tirzepatide: $166 a month in the headline and on the product card, and $199 a month in the FAQ and the price-lock section, which says the monthly rate of $166 for semaglutide or $199 for tirzepatide “will never increase.” (MEDVi pricing page).
The page doesn’t say which figure applies at checkout. Ask MEDVi in writing for your first-month price, your refill price and how often you will be billed. For a wider view of what this drug costs across providers, see our tirzepatide cost guide, with prices published up front.
What the refund and cancellation policy says
MEDVi’s Cancellation and Refund Policy, checked October 16, 2026, says (MEDVi refund policy):
- Cancel at least 72 hours before your next billing date. If you miss that window, you are billed for the next cycle and the cancellation takes effect after it.
- Full refund in two cases only: you cancel within the first 72 hours of your subscription and have received no services, or a provider finds you medically ineligible.
- Monthly billing: no refund for the month you cancel or any earlier month.
- Plans billed for two or more months: refunds only for months in which no medication shipped.
- How to cancel: email hello@medvi.org or use the chat in your patient portal.
How does the MEDVi process work, step by step?
Based on MEDVi’s own pages (MEDVi home page, pricing page):
- Online assessment. You answer health questions. MEDVi’s disclaimer says the assessment “does not create a doctor-patient relationship” between you and MEDVi. Your answers can screen you out under exclusion criteria set by OpenLoop Health.
- Checkout. You pay before the clinical decision.
- Clinician review. MEDVi says an OpenLoop Health clinician “will meet with an individual after checkout to determine if they qualify for a prescription.” The pricing page gives no specific review time.
- Pharmacy ships. If prescribed, a partner pharmacy ships the medication to your door. MEDVi advertises “Free, expedited delivery.”
- Portal and refills. Ongoing messages, refills and cancellation run through MEDVi’s patient portal.
Who prescribes MEDVi medications, and which pharmacies fill them?
MEDVi’s site says medical treatment is provided by “CareGLP Affiliated P.C.s” and OpenLoop Health, which it calls affiliated networks of medical professional corporations, and that “OpenLoop Health clinicians retain the decision to prescribe compounded GLP-1s” (MEDVi home page).
The same page names three partner pharmacies:
| Pharmacy | Location listed by MEDVi |
|---|---|
| Triad Rx | Daphne, Alabama |
| RedRock Pharmacy | St. George, Utah |
| Beaker Pharmacy & Compounding | McKinney, Texas |
Named pharmacies can be checked. Here is how:
- Ask MEDVi which pharmacy will fill your order and which state it ships from.
- Look the pharmacy up on that state’s board of pharmacy license search, and check that it is licensed to ship to your state too.
- When your box arrives, match the pharmacy name on the label to the one you were told.
What does MEDVi disclose about itself?
As listed on MEDVi’s site in October 2026 (MEDVi home page):
- A business address in Newark, Delaware.
- Named prescribers (OpenLoop Health, CareGLP Affiliated P.C.s) and three named pharmacies.
- Statements that some ad images may be AI-generated and that some people in ads “may be actors or models.”
- Two monthly prices for each compounded drug on the same pricing page, as covered in the price section above.
MEDVi pros and cons
Pros (each from the sources above):
- Headline monthly prices are lower than ours.
- Offers brand-name Wegovy and Zepbound options as well as compounded drugs.
- Names its prescriber network and three partner pharmacies.
- Discloses that some people in its ads may be actors or models.
Cons:
- Two monthly prices for each compounded drug on one page (October 16, 2026).
- No refund for a billed month on monthly plans, per its refund policy.
- You pay before a clinician reviews your case, and the pricing page gives no review time.
What to weigh before choosing MEDVi
What MEDVi offers: monthly billing, compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, and brand-name Wegovy and Zepbound options listed at “$99 Membership + Medication Cost.”
What to check first: its pricing page shows two prices for each compounded drug and its refund policy does not refund a billed month on monthly plans. Comparing a few providers side by side helps. Our online weight loss programs comparison and our Henry Meds review and Hims weight loss review are good places to start.
MEDVi vs PrescribedRX: how do they compare?
We sell competing GLP-1 plans, so read this table with that in mind. MEDVi details are as listed on MEDVi’s site in October 2026; PrescribedRX details are as shown on our own plan pages. Checked October 16, 2026.
| MEDVi (as listed on its site, Oct 2026) | PrescribedRX | |
|---|---|---|
| Compounded tirzepatide | $166/mo and $199/mo, both shown on the same page | 3 month plan $597 · $199/mo · Billed every 3 months. Cancel anytime. |
| Compounded semaglutide | $116/mo and $166/mo, both shown on the same page | 3 month plan $420 · $140/mo · Billed every 3 months. Cancel anytime. |
| Brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound | Offered: “$99 Membership + Medication Cost” | Not offered |

| Who prescribes | OpenLoop Health clinicians; “CareGLP Affiliated P.C.s” | State-licensed clinicians through Telegra MD |

Where MEDVi comes out ahead: its headline monthly prices are lower than ours, and it offers brand-name options we don’t.
Our 3-month plans renew every 3 months, not every 3 months, so the next charge comes before a full 3 months has passed. The renewal cadence is shown next to every price on our plan pages. If that cadence doesn’t suit you, cancel before your renewal date.
See our compounded tirzepatide plan or our compounded semaglutide plan for the full details.
Compounded GLP-1s in 2026: what to check before you choose
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are prepared by pharmacies, not by the brand-name manufacturers. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies and are not FDA-approved. That applies to every compounded GLP-1, including MEDVi’s and the ones offered through PrescribedRX.
Our guide to compounded semaglutide vs tirzepatide covers how the two differ.
How to check any GLP-1 telehealth company in 5 minutes:
- Ask which pharmacy fills your order, then look up its license with that state’s board of pharmacy.
- Get the prescriber’s name, or at least the medical group’s name.
- Read the refund policy itself, not the FAQ summary.
- Get your first price, renewal price and billing frequency in writing before you pay.
What are the side effects, and when should you talk to a doctor?
For general education, the Zepbound (tirzepatide) prescribing information lists nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach pain, indigestion, injection-site reactions, tiredness, burping, hair loss and reflux among the most common side effects (Zepbound prescribing information). For a fuller list, see our pages on tirzepatide side effects and semaglutide side effects.
Talk with your provider about any side effects. Also tell your provider if your medication arrives warm, damaged or looking different than expected, before you use it. Your provider sets the dose.
MEDVi FAQ
Is MEDVi a real company?
As listed on its site in October 2026, MEDVi gives a business address in Newark, Delaware, names its prescriber network (OpenLoop Health and CareGLP Affiliated P.C.s) and names three partner pharmacies. You can look up any named pharmacy on the board of pharmacy license search for its state.
How much does MEDVi tirzepatide cost per month?
On October 16, 2026, MEDVi’s pricing page showed both $166 a month and $199 a month for compounded tirzepatide. The page did not explain the difference. Ask MEDVi for your first-month price, refill price and billing schedule in writing before checkout.
Who are MEDVi’s doctors?
MEDVi’s site says medical treatment is provided by “CareGLP Affiliated P.C.s” and OpenLoop Health, and that OpenLoop Health clinicians decide whether to prescribe compounded GLP-1s. MEDVi says a clinician meets with you after checkout. Individual prescriber names are not listed on its site.
Can I cancel MEDVi and get a refund?
You can cancel anytime, but MEDVi asks for 72 hours’ notice before your next billing date. Its policy gives a full refund only if you cancel within the first 72 hours with no services received, or if you are medically disqualified. On monthly billing, the month you cancel is not refunded.
Does MEDVi take insurance?
MEDVi says all its prescriptions are cash-pay. Its pricing page says insurance may reimburse you for brand-name options and shows an “HSA/FSA Approved!” banner. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are self-pay. Check with your insurer and HSA or FSA administrator before counting on reimbursement.
Final verdict: is MEDVi worth it, and what is an alternative?
MEDVi lists named clinicians and pharmacies, monthly billing, headline prices of $116 to $199 a month for compounded drugs and brand-name options, as shown on its site in October 2026. Its pricing page shows two prices for each compounded drug, and its refund policy does not refund a billed month on monthly plans. If you choose MEDVi, get your price and billing schedule in writing, set a reminder 72 hours before each billing date, and check the pharmacy’s license.
Compare before you commit. The compounded tirzepatide offered through PrescribedRX is listed as “3 month plan $597 · $199/mo · Billed every 3 months. Cancel anytime.” and the compounded semaglutide as “3 month plan $420 · $140/mo · Billed every 3 months. Cancel anytime.” A licensed provider decides whether it is appropriate for you. Check your eligibility with the quiz, or see the weight loss plans offered through PrescribedRX.
