Ro almost certainly runs an affiliate program. Its terms are not publicly verifiable, and the one network listing carrying a rate says the program is no longer being offered there.

The brand portal exists but would not load
Ro operates a partner subdomain, partners.ro.co, which is indexed and titled “Performance Marketing Platform.” That is the canonical program page by strong inference: it is a brand-owned subdomain with a performance marketing name.
Its contents could not be retrieved. Three separate attempts returned a Cloudflare origin error. So the terms behind it are unknown rather than absent. That page is the first thing to open if you are seriously considering this program, because it is the only brand-owned route and everything else here is second hand.
Ro publishes nothing elsewhere
- Ro’s terms of use, last revised 2 April 2026, contain no affiliate program, commission or referral-reward language. They do reference paid “Ro Ambassadors” with no compensation detail, which is a celebrity endorsement arrangement rather than an open program.
- Ro’s partnering contact page routes all enquiries to an email address. No terms, no commissions, no platform link.
A closed Ro job posting for an affiliate manager describes “architecting and building out a robust affiliate program” across its brands, which confirms one was built. It lists several platforms as candidate experience, which is not a statement of what Ro uses. Several guides have misread that job posting as evidence of the network. It is not.
The network picture, and why it conflicts

Two FlexOffers listings disagree with each other about whether the program is being carried, and a second network publishes a figure eight times lower. None of these is Ro speaking.
The most defensible reading: a program exists, it is carried on multiple networks at materially different rates, and at least one listing is stale. Which is exactly why the brand portal is the thing to check.
What is not published
Payout schedule, minimum payout and affiliate restrictions. None appear on any Ro page or readable network listing. Cookie window is 30 days according to network listings only, never confirmed by Ro.
If you promote Ro offers
Ro’s catalogue spans weight loss, erectile dysfunction and testosterone, which puts most of it under prescription drug advertising rules. Google’s published policy states it “restricts the promotion of services related to the online prescribing, dispensing, and sale of prescription drugs” and requires advertiser certification, potentially with third party accreditation.
For any compounded medication offer, FDA guidance prohibits “describing a compounded drug as a generic version of an FDA-approved drug” and “claiming a compounded drug has been FDA-approved or has otherwise been evaluated.” The FTC’s position is that “anyone participating in deceptive marketing is potentially liable under FTC law.”
