NAD IV Therapy Cost: What Clinics Charge, Plus Injection and Nasal Spray Prices
What NAD+ IV therapy costs at three named clinics, as listed on their own sites in October 2026, and how NAD+ injection and nasal spray are priced.

Disclosure: PrescribedRX sells its own treatments, so we compete with some of the companies covered here, and we may earn affiliate commissions.
Short answer: As listed on three clinics’ own websites on October 16, 2026, one session of NAD IV therapy cost $275 to $850 at Onus IV + Longevity in Colorado, $350 to $800 at IV Hydration Station in Key West, and “$75-$675 depending on dosage” at AZ IV Medics in Scottsdale. PrescribedRX does not offer IV NAD+. It offers compounded NAD+ injection and nasal spray at $412 for a 3 month plan ($137/mo, billed every 3 months) or $169 a month. No published human study has compared these routes with an IV.
This page covers what IV clinics charge, what the research on NAD+ infusions actually measured, and how the non-IV options offered through PrescribedRX are priced. It does not rank one route above another, because the studies needed to do that have not been published.
How much does NAD IV therapy cost?
Most cost articles quote ranges from unnamed clinics. The table below uses only prices that named clinics publish on their own sites, as listed on October 16, 2026. Prices are per session unless the clinic says otherwise.
| Clinic (location) | Dose | Listed price | Member price (if listed) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Onus IV + Longevity (Colorado) source | 250 mg IV drip | $275 | $195 |
| Onus IV + Longevity | 500 mg IV drip | $450 | $315 |
| Onus IV + Longevity | 750 mg IV drip | $575 | $402 |
| Onus IV + Longevity | 1,000 mg IV drip | $850 | $595 |

| AZ IV Medics (Scottsdale, AZ) source | Not broken out by dose | “$75-$675 depending on dosage” | Not listed |
Three clinics are not a national sample, so this table is not an average. It shows how specific clinics price NAD+ today. Call any clinic you are considering to confirm the current price before you book.
Why do NAD IV prices vary so much?
The clinic pages themselves show the main reasons:
- Dose tiers. Onus and IV Hydration Station both price by milligrams, with each higher dose costing more (Onus NAD+ page; IV Hydration Station NAD+ page).
- Memberships. Onus lists a lower member price next to each dose. For example, its 500 mg drip is listed at $450, or $315 for members (Onus).
- “Starting at” pricing. Onus headlines NAD+ “Starting at $150”, which matches its 250 mg intramuscular shot, not an IV drip (Onus). AZ IV Medics gives one range for all doses (AZ IV Medics).
Whether a clinic suggests one session or a series, and how often, is a decision made by that clinic. None of the three pages above lists a package price.
What is NAD IV therapy, and what does the research show?
NAD IV therapy (also searched as “NAD infusion” or “NAD IV”) means NAD+ given through a vein at a clinic. Two published sources describe what has been studied in people.
The most often cited study is a 2019 pilot that infused NAD+ for 6 hours at 3 μmol per minute and measured blood and urine. The authors reported no change in plasma NAD+ or its metabolites until after 2 hours, and wrote that at that rate NAD+ was “rapidly and completely removed from the plasma for at least the first 2 h” (Grant et al., 2019). It measured metabolism, not symptoms or health outcomes. Two of its listed affiliations are NAD+ Research Inc. and a wellness center.
A 2026 systematic review screened human and rodent studies from 2010 to October 2025 and included 113, of which 33 were human intervention studies. It reported that “no eligible outcomes trials evaluated intravenous or intramuscular NAD⁺ itself for anti-aging or wellness indications,” and concluded that clinical effectiveness for those uses “remains inconclusive” (Gallagher and Emmanuel, 2026).
Is an NAD+ injection or nasal spray the same as an IV?
There is no published answer. The same 2026 review found no outcome trials of IV or intramuscular NAD+ (Gallagher and Emmanuel, 2026), and no published human study has compared absorption or results across IV, injection under the skin and nasal spray.
Our IV vs injection vs nasal spray comparison lays out what is and is not documented for each route. For the individual routes, see what the research on NAD+ injections shows and our NAD+ nasal spray evidence review.
What can be compared is cost and logistics, which the next sections cover. Those differences say nothing about which route works better.
What do PrescribedRX’s NAD+ injection and nasal spray cost?
Both are compounded products. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies and are not FDA-approved. Prescriptions are written by licensed clinicians and filled by licensed partner pharmacies. PrescribedRX does not compound or dispense.
Prices as displayed on the product pages on October 16, 2026:
| Plan | 3-month price as displayed | Monthly price as displayed | Form |
|---|---|---|---|
| NAD+ Injection 200mg/mL 6ml (compounded) | 3 month plan $412 · $137/mo · Billed every 3 months. Cancel anytime. | Monthly plan $169 a month | Subcutaneous injection, provider-dosed |
| NAD+ Nasal Spray 200mg/mL 6ml (compounded) | 3 month plan $412 · $137/mo · Billed every 3 months. Cancel anytime. | Monthly plan $169 a month | Nasal spray |
Each plan starts with a short eligibility check, and a licensed provider reviews your answers within 48 hours. The product pages state that labs are not required for these plans. A prescription is issued only if a licensed provider determines treatment is appropriate, and your provider sets the dose. Every plan is listed on our pricing page.
How do the options compare on cost and logistics?
| NAD+ IV at a clinic | NAD+ injection via PrescribedRX | NAD+ nasal spray via PrescribedRX | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Where | In the clinic | At home, self-administered | At home, self-administered |
| Needle | IV line | Subcutaneous injection | None |
| Price as listed | Per session, e.g. $450 for 500 mg at Onus or IV Hydration Station (Oct 16, 2026) | 3 month plan $412 · $137/mo (compounded) | 3 month plan $412 · $137/mo (compounded) |
| Human outcome trials | None, per the 2026 review | None published for injection under the skin | None published |
A per-session price and a plan price are not the same unit, so the table does not convert one into the other.
What should you ask an NAD IV clinic before booking?
- What dose, in milligrams, is this price for?
- Is there a member price, and what does membership cost and include?
- Is the price per session, and is a series being suggested?
- Who reviews your health history before the infusion?
These are price and process questions. Whether NAD+ in any form fits your situation is a question for a licensed provider.
When should you talk to a doctor?
Talk to a licensed provider before starting NAD+ by any route, especially if you have a health condition or take other medicines. If you have a reaction during or after any treatment, contact a clinician. In an emergency, call 911. Our page on NAD+ side effects summarizes what has been reported.
Check whether NAD+ injection or nasal spray is available to you
If you want to see whether a provider will prescribe NAD+ injection or nasal spray, start with the eligibility check. Both are compounded, the price is shown before you pay, and a licensed provider decides whether either is appropriate for you. See all longevity treatments, including the NAD+ injection plan.
