Step-by-Step: Checking Order Status #
- Log in to your patient portal at prescribedrx.com
- Navigate to the “Orders” or “Shipping” tab on your dashboard
- Your current order status and estimated delivery date will be displayed
Tracking Information #
Tracking information is sent to your email address on file the moment your order ships. You can also view real-time tracking from within your portal.
When to Contact Support #
If your order appears stuck, shows no movement for more than 5 business days after shipping, or your tracking link is not working, please contact our support team:
